Replacement central pivot knob and disc spacers for rudders on modern Wilderness System and Perception brand kayaks. The axle is the part that the rudder blade rotates on. The pulleys are the parts that guide the rope on each side of the rudder blade. Rudder Axle Kit comes with a two part axle, a screw and 2 of the Rudder pulleys.
