Return and Refund Policy

Upon reception of your product, if it is damaged or defective, please fill out a Warranty Claim.

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) in the shipping box, along with all instructions, parts, and accessories;
  2. Remove or cover all old labels and barcodes;
  3. Cut the top part of the return authorization and attach the label to the return package. Put the bottom part in the package;
  4. Contact the chosen carrier to make the return.

Return policy on PARTS and ACCESSORIES

We will gladly refund unused merchandise purchased from the confluenceoutdoor.com website within 30 days of the delivery date. Please complete the return form below.

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may choose the method of delivery at your discretion.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost, and we do not offer prepaid return labels.

If your product was purchased from a retailer, please contact him directly for an exchange or refund according to his store policy.

This policy does not apply to clearance or final sale items.

A refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

You will receive an email informing you that your refund has been issued.

The refund will appear on your credit card within 7-14 business days from the date of processing. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days for your funds to appear on your statement.
