Best used as a replacement part for Wilderness Systems sit-on-top kayaks outfitted with Phase3 seating. Two strap assemblies, approximately 7" long. Each assembly has 2 super locks on one inch wide webbing. To entirely replace the seat strap system on a Wilderness Systems sit-on-top kayak outfitted with a Phase3 seat get this item + about 10-12 feet of 1 Inch Webbing. The Web Strap Pull Tabs are optional.
