*Serial Number Format:

• ZEP-5 NUMBERS-1 LETTER-3 NUMBERS; or
• WEM-5 NUMBERS-1 LETTER-3 NUMBERS; or
• XZE-5 NUMBERS-1 LETTER-3 NUMBERS.

For Canadian residents, this document is not required, so there is no procedure to follow.
